Q: Why are you suspending all hosting operations?
A: Our business is primarily graphic design & website development. We want to focus on our key services and deliver them more quickly and efficiently for our customers without the added time and expense of server administration and security.
Q: Are you selling or going out of business?
A: No, we are adjusting our business model to give us more time to do what we do best, and leave the server administration up to other, very capable hosting professionals.
Q: What about my domain name?
A: For those of you who have registerred a domain name with Finer Design / Reliance Hosting, you will receive a notification of domain name transfer to you using Godaddy.com.
If you do not have an account at Godaddy.com, you will be asked to create one at that time to complete the transfer process.
